On 22nd of February we have organized already second workshop with Blanca Surgeon – a lecturer from RCAC organization from the USA. It was again part of Professional Fellow Program activities which is in Slovakia administrated by Center for Community Organizing.
During the first workshop we have learnt about Ice House Project canvas. This time Blanca brought very actual topic of value chains by WealthWorks.
We have learnt about four phases of development (exploration, construction, implementation and institutionalization) and various types of capital (individual, social, intellectual, natural, built, financial, cultural and political). Through interactive games we were building various value chains and we were also looking at some real ones:
